Reunión de trabajo del Subcomité de Salud y Bienestar

Algunas de las actividades que se han desarrollado en el Subcomité de Salud y Bienestar donde participan diferentes miembros activos del Parlamento y la asesoría de residentes asgardianos:

Este resumen lo realiza nuestro compañero Enrico Rizzato, miembro del Comité de ciudadanía y actual Presidente del Subcomité de Salud y Bienestar 

Su coordinación es esencial y forma parte de una evolución en la forma de mirar lo que podemos lograr a lo largo y ancho del planeta con la participación de personas que pongan sus manos a la obra de una serie de acciones que están en proceso.

Cuando un proyecto cumple con un mínimo de requisitos se puede lanzar como una dinámica oferta al mercado global, si bien las estrategias para lograrlo están en manos de nuestros Ministros, formar una actitud sinérgica de lo más interesante. Este es el comienzo de un grupo que apuntala algunos simientos.

En medio de la pandemia y el cierre de muchos sitios nos hemos esforzado por no perder el entusiasmo y el deseo de que las cosas sucedan y esta es parte de la energía que sostenemos al interior del parlamento.

De esta forma el colega Enrico Rizzato ha puesto su capacidad y esfuerzo por hacer una llamado a todo aquel que forma parte del subcomité e instarlos a encontrar alternativas y proyectos viables para avanzar.

Hablar de Enrico Rizzato y  sus actividades al interior del parlamento:

El ha  preparado  una propuesta de ley para el establecimiento de un sistema nacional de salud basado esencialmente en una triple posibilidad de elección individual (salud privada, salud pública y, finalmente, salud privada con acceso mediado a tratamientos de salud a través de la intervención de instituciones asgardianas) y la idea básica de reconectarnos con las raíces clásicas de la medicina a través del Juramento Hipocrático.

– El colega Ariadne  Gallardo, actual presidente del comité de Ciudadanía, precisó la importancia de difundir nuestras ideas (también siguiendo indicaciones del Ministro de Información y Comunicación) a través de redes y plataformas sociales (como, por ejemplo, YouTube, Asgardia Social, etc …) y a través de programas de televisión (también como una forma de recolectar dinero para encender nuestra economía), y presentó brevemente su propio proyecto de asistencia social a los trabajadores jubilados;

– El colega Benjamin Dell, actual Ministro de Tratado y Comercio,  explicó que es importante para nosotros poder ofrecer servicios a nuestros ciudadanos, y dado que Asgardia opera principalmente en un entorno digital, la naturaleza de estos servicios debe, al menos inicialmente, ser predominantemente digital. Además, debido a la naturaleza actual de nuestro «ecosistema económico», los proyectos relacionados con estos servicios que se ofrezcan a nuestros ciudadanos tendrán que ser necesariamente autofinanciados. Esto también se aplicará a los servicios médicos. En particular, Benjamin mencionó su proyecto Health Insurance («STARSURE») y su avanzado estado de implementación.

– El colega Nicola Macina, actual vicepresidente del comité de Ciudadanía;  explicó la importancia de despertar emociones en los ciudadanos asgardianos, en particular en los jóvenes, sin discriminaciones por raza, clase social, tradiciones o religión; nos recordó que el deporte puede cumplir con esta función, además de mejorar el estilo de vida y la vida social, provocando una mejora general en la calidad de vida. También porque el deporte ayuda a mantener un nivel aceptable de salud física y mental, desarrolla las relaciones sociales y ayuda a incluir a las personas con discapacidad. Además, Nicola insistió en hablar sobre el notable desarrollo de los deportes electrónicos en los últimos años. Y mencionó el proyecto en desarrollo del cual hablaremos más adelante.

– El colega Ugur, Miembro del Comité de Ciudadanía y Cultura, pidió que ilustrara brevemente dos proyectos que le son particularmente cercanos: uno se refiere a un proyecto de ley que se encuentra bajo protección de datos y se darán a conocer más adelante el otro para la aplicación de un nuevo tipo de cinturones de seguridad para los asientos de piloto / pasajeros de aviones / cohetes, etc, que forma parte de su labor actual.

–  Jacob  Mulder miembro del parlamento y activo en este Subcomité, nos ilustró su larga experiencia en la parte de TI de la salud y el cuidado (alrededor de 15 años). Actualmente trabaja en un gran hospital en los Países Bajos y es el arquitecto empresarial de TI allí; también es presidente y fundador de www.Paletzorg.org una comunidad de empresas independientes de proveedores de servicios de salud y atención en el norte de los Países Bajos y ha estado involucrado en varios proyectos europeos, principalmente en el contexto del envejecimiento saludable; aparte de eso, se siente muy motivado ante la posibilidad de poder emprender largas estancias en un entorno de gravedad cero (y espero que nos inspire a todos para lograr ese resultado.

– El colega Paul Biggs nos ha puesto a disposición su experiencia en el campo de la investigación médica, en particular, la investigación sobre el cáncer.

– Brian Froelke ilustró su experiencia en el campo de los servicios médicos de emergencia: en particular, se centró en el problema de la salud mental y el estrés severo al que están expuestas las personas que tienen que lidiar con un entorno hostil (un condición que afecta de cerca a nuestros futuros ciudadanos), sin olvidar la importancia que tiene la salud mental para la forma física y la salud en general. Además, señaló que la medicina debe tratar de evitar ser limitada por las las estructuras legales y económicas que afectan  el ejercicio de la  medicina en sí misma.

– la colega Ria Dell  tiene la intención de poner a nuestra disposición sus habilidades profesionales en el campo de la programación y desarrollo de software.

– El miembro asesor Walter Tinganelli nos habló de sus estudios sobre protección radiológica y sobre la hibernación sintética capaz de aumentar la radiorresistencia del cuerpo, disminuir la atrofia muscular y mantener el tono y la fuerza muscular con buena eficiencia.

– El miembro asesor Stefano de Rosa,  expresó su entusiasmo por ser parte de este subcomité y pronto participaremos juntos en la organización de un pequeño proyecto de investigación que, con suerte, nos abrirá las puertas para establecer algunas relaciones oficiales con la República de San Marino.

– La miembro asesora Karen Rosel  nos explicó su actividad y nos brindó su disposición para discutir juntos los proyectos que se presentarán en el futuro desde el punto de vista de un profesional en el campo de la salud individual.

Los humanos necesitamos opciones saludables y la fuerza de nuestras habilidades para crecer y ser parte de un mundo que necesita diálogo y salud para enfrentar nuevos derroteros.

Es un gusto presentar en este blog, un obra impresionante, un trabajo donde nuestro compañero del Comité de Ciencia en el Parlamento asgardiano, Sergey Krichevsky, nos muestra una forma distinta de contemplar la exploración espacial:

Se presenta un nuevo concepto de exploración espacial humana. Se dan nuevos conceptos y definiciones. Se presta especial atención a las perspectivas de la era espacial, nuevas ideas, paradigmas, conceptos, estrategias, proyectos, tecnologías para la exploración espacial humana, la expansión y el futuro espacial. 

Un escenario optimista de una nueva estrategia para la exploración espacial en el modelo de «una sola humanidad«, el desarrollo de las comunidades espaciales, los estados, la creación de la Unión Mundial del Espacio, la expansión para la vida permanente fuera de la Tierra, la exploración de la Luna, la creación de un hombre espacial y la humanidad espacial como una civilización espacial con la implementación de proyectos súper globales y tecnología amigable con el medio ambiente en equilibrio con la resolución de problemas en la Tierra. Se propone un nuevo paradigma para una nueva ola de exploración espacial: la preservación del Homo sapiens como la máxima prioridad de la actividad humana en la Tierra y en el espacio para la supervivencia, la seguridad y el desarrollo.

La monografía se basa en materiales, los resultados de la investigación del autor en el I.I. SI. Academia de Ciencias de Rusia Vavilov y sus publicaciones para el período 2013-2020. Para especialistas en los campos de la filosofía y la historia de la ciencia y la tecnología, la filosofía social, la exploración espacial, las actividades espaciales, las nuevas tecnologías verdes y la protección del medio ambiente, y para cualquier persona interesada en la exploración espacial.

Cada momento que compartimos nos lleva a una nueva dinámica, otra idea y un conjunto de alternativas por medio de las cuales podemos recrear la sociedad que deseamos; cada uno de nosotros como asgardianos estamos llenos de sueños y de ilusiones por un mundo distinto, nos arrastra la realidad que nos marca una pauta y una dirección.

Dentro de todo este barullo de ideas y de avances tecnológicos estamos los ciudadanos de a pie, los que deseamos formar parte del cambio y sentimos que en ocasiones nos limita el idioma, o las distancias que debemos atravesar para encontrarnos con la persona indicada.

Somos la persona indicada en la medida que compartimos ideales similares y con ellos elaboramos estrategias de unidad, aun me cuesta trabajo considerar la idea de que una revolución armada sea la opción para cambiar, los humanos necesitamos opciones saludables y la fuerza de nuestras habilidades para crecer y ser parte de un mundo que necesita diálogo y salud para enfrentar nuevos derroteros.

We will never be able to tell a scientist that it matters that he presents himself first to make him useful, he lives and is passionate about science, he is his engine of life, to investigate the possibilities that the pragmatist may not understand, he will always understand everything at low cost and benefit, he will feel that the practical part is everything, the scientist goes further, ventures to burn ships, to launch his dreams into the void.

The enigma of life is a dialogue where some do what is possible and on the other hand, some invent what is not yet possible.

Can you imagine how you would change the paradigm?

Then those who need to disclose what the scientist is weighing appear and an exquisite rule is born: the scientist goes to the media and explains the foundations of his scientific work, the media explore times and spaces, technologists calculate costs, common beings marvel before the possibility of scientific advances.

Under that dilemma we live science in Asgardia, the most important thing is to recognize that each step taken is an advance towards a new world that cannot live under the rules of the one we are leaving behind.

It will be necessary to see ourselves under a new lens and a different approach, to recognize ourselves in the plans of others to share concerns and sow alternatives; the global world needs to exercise those paradigms that do not connect in the way that was done in the past.

Enrico Rizzato, Chairman of the Subcommittee of Health and Wellness and Member of the Citizenship Committee 

There are those who say that, in order to find the right path for a prosperous future, it is necessary to know well the path already undertaken, that is, where one started from and what goals have already been reached.If we talk about health, well-being and medicine, the path we have to take into consideration has a very distant beginning, which we can ideally place in Ancient Greece.

Hippocrates of Kos (460 BC – 370 BC), a Greek physician from the age of Pericles, is often referred to as the «Father of Medicine» in recognition of his enduring contributions to the field, as founder of the Hippocratic School of Medicine. It is, probably rightly, the personality that led medicine to break away from the other fields with which it had traditionally been associated (theurgy and philosophy), thus affirming medicine itself as a profession.Since then, the medical profession and those other professions associated with it have tried to deal with the health of human beings, also, when necessary, with a holistic approach; this has led, over time, to enormous results, and, especially in the last two centuries, many terrible problems that have afflicted human health in the past have been solved, or rather defeated, thanks to the development of medicine.


Centuries have passed since times of Hippocrates. But that same basic approach hasn’t changed, so much so that doctors still do today the Hippocratic Oath. For our part, we have recently entered the fifth year of Asgardia’s existence; although our Nation still has many embryonic contours, in particular with the recent pandemic that has hit humanity on a planetary level, within Parliament the need was felt by most to protect the health and wellness of our Citizens, through the establishment of a Parliamentary Sub-Committee with the aim of soliciting the discussion of the legislative aspects related to general medicine, occupational medicine, health services, healthcare treatments, therapies and assistance, and of promoting initiatives and legislative proposals related to these last matters.In doing this, we deliberately intended to reconnect our action to those ideals of ancient greek classicism which saw the health of the human being not only in physical but also in psychological and intellectual well-being.


If then I am allowed to say a few words about my personal vision of things, we really need healthy Asgardians. And so, in our future, we will need an agile and functional Health System, whose establishment is one of the several goals that our Sub-Committee is already striving to achieve. The most important and basic reason is that the human race, will not be able to colonize space if it cannot count on medicine and healthcare up to the challenges offered by a plethora of different environments that are decidedly hostile to human beings; for example, even just giving birth to children into a zero-gravity (…or low gravity) environment will be a difficult challenge, and our Citizens will need state-of-the-art medical facilities and equipment, as well as trained medical personnel capable of coping with difficult scientific tasks to accomplish.So there is this long thread that unwinds from our past, and which, like Ariadna’s ball of yarn in the Minotaur’s Labyrinth, will hopefully one day lead us to successfully face the health challenges and threats to our Citizens, that are going to come out from what now it is perhaps still unknown to us.

La tarea apenas ha empezado

El inicio de todo camino es el más criticado, es donde se pone a prueba el ensayo y error, es donde los limites de la imaginación son bloqueados por la realidad y donde podemos demostrar de qué queremos estar hechos y de que estamos dispuestos a ser.

Qué significado tiene para cada uno de nosotros pertenecer a Asgardia, algo en nuestro interior nos ha vinculado a un proyecto que se antoja fabuloso y que está insertado en un mundo donde los sueños individuales de las diferentes naciones buscan formar parte de su propia estructura y sus propias conquistas, donde no ven interés en compartir su tecnología, al contrario, quieren demostrar que son los primeros, los pioneros.

Algunas reflexiones

En medio de esta dinámica de fuerzas, estamos los que pensamos en unificar fuerzas y poner un ejemplo al planeta y entonces nos preguntamos cuantos más piensan de igual forma.

Hay metas por cumplir como parte del parlamento, en un mundo que ha dejado sin empleo y sin recursos a mucha gente del planeta, donde posiblemente los que tienen mejores condiciones de vida logren concluir metas que favorezcan a los demás.

Vamos cuesta arriba confiando que estamos configurando un modelo aceptable para la humanidad del futuro.

Estamos aquí porque algo nos mueve a creer que lo que hacemos vale la pena, que no importa si tenemos todos los conocimientos del mundo, o somos seres pragmáticos que colocamos nuestra mejor voluntad para que las cosas sucedan.

Vendrán los conocedores, los que dictaminen como es mejor hacer lo que imaginamos, eso que soñamos y eso espero desde mi posición de Presidente del Comité de Ciudadanía.

Uno de los eventos históricos que volveremos a celebrar.

Todos deseamos que futuros satélites vean la tierra desde un lanzamiento que proceda de terreno neutral o propio, podría suceder con el paso de los años, sin embargo la colaboración internacional de un cohete multiusos nos libera de la carga extra de basura en la órbita y esto resulta muy conveniente de igual forma.

Tendremos otro motivo para celebrar muy pronto en Asgardia, el satélite que marca la órbita de nuestro planeta y la casa del futuro de todos los asgardianos se colocó el 8 de noviembre de 01 año asgardiano.

En unos días más estaremos recordando esa fecha excepcional, ¿Qué nos cuentas al respecto, cuál es tu sensación sobre el tema? Cuéntanos.

One of the support points of the citizenship committee is precisely the teamwork that we can carry out with the Asgardians, in such a way that an atmosphere of correspondence flows through the veins of our social fabric, we do not all have the same skills, nor the same interests, but it is precisely in a group activity that synergy recognizes that all abilities are valuable and has a point of balance in groups.

We are currently working on the environment area as one of the pillars to accommodate various disciplines and in this way to function organically, it is not easy but we have examples of other groups where the sphere of knowledge and skills to respond to the call is valued.

At the time that the world is living with Covid-19, we have seen the power to group together in many countries hampered, if it were not for electronic media we would not be making this type of call, going beyond the dissemination of ideas is important, but to structure strong and dynamic groups we must start from this point of support:

Important steps in the care of the planet, whose space belongs to all of us, monitor the activities that are carried out with a view to the future, what does this mean? What we do already will profoundly affect the planet and its species for years to come, it is happening.

It is everyone’s task from the different activities and professions that we carry out to be productive in the world, so every time we start something we must understand its repercussions in the medium and long term.
